Our Plans & Services
Whats the differernce between the two plans?
The Dynamic Base plan includes everything you need for your live store, and lists the entire Dynamic catalogue. The flex plan has all the same perks as the Base plan, with the additional feature of listing products from other suppliers.
Are there any up front costs?
There are no upfront costs for this service. However, you must pay your first monthly charge before going live.
What level of customisablility do I get on a chosen skin?
We will tailor the colours, images, and text to match your brand. If none of the available skins meet your needs, we can create a custom skin for an additional fee.
How much support will I get for maintaining my site?
We provide 2 hours per month for basic changes to keep your site updated. Additional support beyond the 2 hours is available at a fixed hourly rate.
Will I be able to make any visual changes myself?
Yes, we provide an easy-to-use editor so you can update text, images, and links yourself.
Can I add my own products to the store?
Yes, with the Flex Plan, you can include products from other suppliers. The Dynamic Base plan is limited to Dynamic Office Solutions products only.
How long does it take to set up my store?
Once you’ve selected a skin and provided the necessary details, it typically takes 3-5 business days to set up and customise your store before it’s ready to go live.
Can I switch between the Dynamic Base and Flex plans?
Yes, you can upgrade from the Dynamic Base plan to the Flex plan at any time. Downgrading from Flex to Dynamic Base is also possible but will require adjustments to your product listings if you exceed the Dynamic Base plan’s limitations.
What if I need a feature that is not included in the standard plans?
We can discuss custom development to add specific features to your store. This will be quoted based on the scope and complexity of the required features.
How often will I receive payouts on my store?
The first payout is processed 7 days after your first sale. After that, payouts are made daily. Each transaction takes 2 days to move into available funds, making it eligible for a payout. This ensures a steady flow of funds to your account, allowing for consistent cash flow management.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Our plans require an initial 12-month commitment. After this period, your plan will switch to a rolling month-by-month basis, allowing you to cancel at any time with one month's notice. This ensures you have ample time to fully benefit from our services and support.
