2006
Dynamic Office Seating Limited is born - 2006
Having worked in the office furniture industry, Carl Verlander became aware of a unique selling point; to deliver office seating next day. Here the trio of Carl, Josh and George was born. Often working all night building chairs to deliver around the country, the vision of Dynamic soon became a reality.
2007
Life began at a unit in Moulton Park - 2007
It wasn’t long before the support of others was needed, and the team grew to 7; Jess started her journey with us at this time and you may still speak to her to this very day. It was during this early stage that the “Make it Happen” belief was born and continues even now.
2009
It became clear that a bigger building was needed: Gladstone Road - 2009
Here things started to snowball and with the addition of more department managers and some of our biggest customers joining us, we grew from strength to strength. Those customers are still with us today and are our biggest champions.
2014
Then a bigger, bigger building: Ross Road - 2014
Ross Road sped the growth of Dynamic with the team increasing to over 70 employees and the range expanding to cover office furniture and office accessories. We introduced a 24-hour operation and continued to have year on year growth.
2015
Dynamic Bus - Dynamibus - 2015
‘Dynamibus’ was born and gave us a mobile showroom, we can bring to you and demonstrate a sizable selection of our exciting products in a unique way. Our onboard specialist provides ‘Furnology’ training sessions to help educate and enhance knowledge and understanding.
2016
Ross Road Showroom - 2016
An extensive makeover of our showroom, showcasing our wonderful products and delighting visitors every day. A design lead showroom, displaying our seating and furniture ranges, with our customers in mind.
2017
TNT - Tuesday Night Team - 2017
We wanted to help those less fortunate and in need of some warm food and clothing, so our relationship with Tuesday Night Team was formed – a local charity helping and supporting the homeless in Northampton. We continue to support TNT to this day.
2018
Mill Road Building - 2018
Ross Road became a squeeze and Mill Road was acquired to house our forever growing product offering; Dynamic vans whizzed between the two buildings making sure all orders went out of our door, to your door.
2021
Net Zero by 2040 - 2021
Our knowledge and understanding of the impact our business has on the environment made it clear we needed to do more. Our commitment to be Net Zero by 2050 was forged.

Virtual Showroom Visits - March 2021
‘Zoom’ and ‘Teams’ became verbs during the pandemic as most of us started working from home. We learnt how easy it is to conduct virtual meetings, whether that’s with colleagues, customers or suppliers. When we are organising meetings or events, we ask the people who are joining, if they’re happy to go virtual and make it easy for them to do so. This is a simple way to cut down on our business travel, slashing greenhouse gas emissions and saving time and money in the process. We still use this form of communication today.

Our Warehouse Management System was implemented to further grow the business and enhance our customer experience. The system automatically classifies all orders by size and selects the right courier to deliver, using the right vehicle by size. This ensures that we deliver product with least impact on the environment as possible. Getting it right first time

TreeNation - April 2022
Our mission is to reforest the world and every time you place an order, we plant a tree. Thanks to the Tree-Nation's reforestation and conservation projects we help to restore forests, create jobs, support local communities and protect biodiversity.
Through the Tree-Nation platform we aim to bring a technological solution to the problem of Deforestation, responsible for about 17% of all Climate Change emissions.
