Q: I've already registered an account on the Dynamic website, do I still need to apply for a trade account?

A: Yes. Registering onto our website and applying for a trade account are two separate registration process and you will need to do both before ordering online.

 

Q: What if I just want to pay in advance?

A: You still need to open an account, as this process includes agreeing to our terms of supply.

 

Q: How do you ensure trade pricing is not given to unauthorised callers?

A: We have an account verification process. When you call, we will ask for your account reference. Only after verifying your account, we provide trade pricing information.

 

Q:  What do you do with my information?
