Send over an example order file in csv format, our I.T team will then map the file to our system. Simply email ITSupport@dynamicos.co.uk with your file.
Step 2
FTP / Email Provided
We will then provide you with either an FTP location or email address, depending on your preference, to which you can transmit your csv files. So easy.
Step 3
Instant Upload
Your orders will be instantly uploaded to our website, we will process and then despatch your orders. Tracking files will be returned to either the FTP location or the email provided.

What File Formats Are Accepted?
We support both CSV and XLSX file types as well as Google Sheets.
How long Does it Take to recieve automatic Tracking?
Our automatic tracking is configured to provide updates every 3 hours throughout the working day, this means that if your order has been despatched you will receive email tracking or a tracking sheet via FTP every 3 hours.
How many orders can I send at once?
You can send as many orders as you like simultaneously to the associated system. Please kindly note we can only accept 1 order per file, though you can send as many files as you wish.
How much Does this cost?
