A: We only sell our products to accredited dealer resellers. The information required to open a trade account helps us ensure we retain that trade only status.
Q: Will I benefit from opening an account?
A: Yes. Apart from enabling you to buy our products, we will be able to apply special discount terms to your account to give you the commercial edge.
Q: How long will it take?
A: The form is simple and we can express it through our finance department usually within 24 hours.
Q: I've already registered an account on the Dynamic website, do I still need to apply for a trade account?
A: Yes. Registering onto our website and applying for a trade account are two separate registration process and you will need to do both before ordering online.
Q: What if I just want to pay in advance?
A: We still require you to open an account as we will need you to agree to our terms of supply that this process enables.
Q: How do you know not to give out trade pricing to anyone who calls you?
A: We have an account verification process. Upon your call, we shall request your account reference. Only after confirming that you are indeed a trading partner with us, will we divulge information regarding trade pricing.
Q: What do you do with the information?
A: We do not share information with any other parties. We are GDPR compliant and only store your data where necessary. This is confidential between us and yourself and always will be.
