DynamiPlus Terms and Conditions

Please find below the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for DynamiPlus, operated by Dynamic Office Solutions Limited: 

  1. General 

1.1 DynamiPlus is operated by Dynamic Office Solutions Limited ("Dynamic"), whose registered office is located at Lodge Way, Lodge Farm Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN5 7RA. Company Registration Number: 05796111. 

1.2 By participating in the DynamiPlus scheme, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. 

1.3 Dynamic reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or alter the DynamiPlus scheme, including these T&Cs, at any time without prior notice. 

1.4 DynamiPlus can only be earned on qualifying purchases made at dynamicofficeseating.co.uk in the UK. 

1.5 DynamiCoins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

1.6 DynamiCoins can only be earned and redeemed by registered users of dynamicofficeseating.co.uk. 

  1. Earning DynamiCoins 

2.1 Customers can earn 1 DynamiCoin for every £1 spent on qualifying products at dynamicofficeseating.co.uk. 

2.2 DynamiCoins can only be added at the time of sale and cannot be added retrospectively. 

2.3 Minimum spend to collect DynamiCoins is £1. 

2.4 DynamiCoins can only be earned on Dynamic products and are not applicable to chargeable services such as delivery, installations, build services, sample orders, literature and wood samples. 

2.5 Dynamic reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes misuse of the DynamiPlus scheme. 

2.6 Dynamic reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending customer DynamiPlus and DynamiCoins accrued, if it has reason to believe the scheme is being abused. 

  1. Redeeming DynamiCoins 

3.1 Customers can redeem DynamiCoins in increments of £2.50. 

3.2 500 DynamiCoins are equivalent to £2.50. 

3.3 Minimum redemption value is £5.00. 

3.4 DynamiCoins can only be redeemed against qualifying products at dynamicofficeseating.co.uk. 

  1. DynamiPlus Accounts 

4.1 Customers may only hold one DynamiPlus account. 

4.2 If Dynamic identifies that a customer holds two or more DynamiPlus accounts, these accounts cannot be merged. 

4.3 Dynamic will remove customer DynamiPlus and DynamiCoins that have been accrued if the customer has faltered on credit payments and/or the account has been closed. 

  1. Data Access Request 

5.1 Customers may use a Data Access Request to view the personal information held by Dynamic. 

5.2 Customers should contact data@dynamicos.co.uk to request access to their personal information. 

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

6.1 These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. 

6.2 Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

By using the DynamiPlus scheme, you agree to these T&Cs.
