Introducing the Horion All-in-One Collaboration Screen

We've spent a long time supplying the chairs people sit on in meetings, and the tables they lean on. The screen at the end of the room, we've always left to somebody else. Until now.

The Horion All-in-One Collaboration Screen is officially part of the Dynamic range. It's a bit of a departure for us, so we thought it was worth walking through what it actually does once it's on the wall.

What the Horion All-in-One Actually Does

A camera that keeps up with the conversation

The AI quad camera is built into the panel and tracks whoever's speaking. When the conversation moves round the table, the shot moves with it. Remote attendees aren't left staring at a wide view of the whole room, trying to work out whose mouth is moving.

Intelligent framing keeps the group neatly in shot when things are quieter, rather than handing half the frame to the ceiling tiles. It means far fewer "sorry, who said that?" moments, which on most calls is a small miracle.

Microphones that reach the far end of the table

The 8-microphone array picks up voices from up to 12m away, which comfortably covers most boardrooms. Intelligent noise reduction filters out the background, so the air con and the clatter of laptop keys stay in the room where they belong.
It's the feature people notice least when it's working. Nobody has to lean towards a puck in the middle of the table, and nobody has to repeat themselves for the benefit of the call.

A whiteboard the whole team can get at

Switch to whiteboard mode and the screen handles 50 touch points at once, so several people can sketch and annotate at the same time without queuing for a turn. Two touch pens come in the box for anyone who'd rather not use a finger.

With the call and the whiteboard running from the same panel, the flipchart can finally retire. We've been in enough meeting rooms to know it's been propped in the corner with a dried-out pen for years anyway.

A picture that holds up from every seat

The 4K UHD display has a 178° viewing angle, so whoever's sat at the far end of the table sees exactly what the presenter sees. Anti-glare tempered glass keeps it readable in rooms with big windows. Judging by the fit-outs we see, that's nearly all of them.

Google EDLA certified

The All-in-One is Google EDLA certified, meaning it runs certified Android with the Google Play Store built in. Your customers can download the apps they already use day to day, straight onto the screen, without plugging in a laptop first.

Four sizes, ready out of the box

It comes in 65", 75", 86" and 98", so there's a fit for anything from a small huddle room up to the boardroom. The wall mount and remote are included. For spaces where the screen needs to move between rooms, there's a trolley option too.

Why it belongs on your quote

For dealers and fit-out teams, a conferencing screen finishes the meeting room you're already furnishing. The table and seating are on the order anyway. Now the screen at the end of the room can be too.

The demo unit is on the wall in our Northampton showroom, so if you'd like a play before putting it in front of a customer, you know where to find us. Just don't blame us if you spend longer on the whiteboard than planned.
