The COVID pandemic has created a focus on customer service and a key part of that development has been a demand for improved logistics solutions. Dynamic Office Solutions has responded to this with an investment in its logistics model.

 

The developments mean the company now offers a ‘no surcharges’ fast and free delivery on furniture, seating and visual communications products to dealers, and end-users on its behalf. It also sees the end of small order charges.

 

The move to a simpler model is in response to reseller customers wanting to avoid surcharges which can be difficult to manage and pass on.

 

David Orr, Dynamic Director of Strategy said, “the goal is to make transactions as easy as possible. That’s why we have scrapped cost surcharges in our core offering, especially in our everyday value lines.

 

“We understand that our customers are more demanding than ever, often driven by their end-users, and all they want is a fast, free and excellent service. They also want “a deal” and to help with that we have made additional discounts on larger orders easier than ever, with our new multibuy discount system.

 

“Hidden” costs can be a significant margin drain for dealers whose staff do not always factor them in. In these commercially sensitive times that are particularly important.”
